This is really good for heat based conditioning however it is not at all durable. Mine lasted for 6 months even though I followed the directions exactly. I guess after a while even the amount of seconds you used to microwave it for eventually causes it to leak. That or it just starts leaking after a while no matter what you do. Still 6 months is not long enough for it to count as a great product.

I ordered this item and it shipped to Canada in about one week. It was amazing, I loved the service, and it is so nice to be able to move around the house as I do my hair. I can nap, I can do homework, the wrap is washable, this is fabulous. Even if it breaks down eventually, it will be worth the money.

I bought this cap from another site and although it works well, it cannot get as warm as you'd need it to be for deep conditioning nor does it stay warm for a long time. I used this product ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIONS and the packs burst and the gel hardened. I called the place I got it from and they do not sell refill packs. I have yet to find any place that does. So now, this product is basically a towel. It was okay while it lasted though but if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have bought it.
